Main responsibility
1.Account Management
• Manage and grow a portfolio of growers and distributors.
• Understand customer production systems, crop cycles, and market needs.
• Provide technical and commercial advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and delivery.
2.Sales Growth & Market Development
• Achieve annual sales and margin targets .
• Introduce new varieties ensure successful commercial roll-out.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand assortment penetration at key accounts.
• Provide reliable sales forecasts and market insights.
3.Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with growers, traders, and supply chain partners.
• Analyze market trends to support commercial strategy.
• Represent Anthura at horticultural fairs, customer events, customer visits and other commercial activities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and make deals in line with company policies.
4.Technical & Product Expertise
• Maintain solid understanding of the product portfolio.
• Translate customer needs to product management.
• Monitor trials and share insights internally
• Support customers with organizing cultivation support and/or sales support
5.Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Report on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensure contract compliance and ensure timely execution of the contracts (including timely payment and delivery planning)
Qualification
1.Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex accounts.
2.Skills & Competencies
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, to engage both growers as well as senior stakeholders.
• Relationship building, analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized ability to manage complex commercial processes.
• Skilled with CRM systems and MS Office.
