Staff Product Engineer

1.Closely monitor the performance of RTMed products.
2. Drive Test Yield enhancement activities.
3. Maintain procedures to ensure test quality of PIC products.
4. Manage the products/process changes (PCN). Propose qualification / validation plan for any product / process change. Make joint decision with QRA & cross-functional team on the change based on qualification / validation result.
5. Lead non-AOS IC product RTM (Combine other company’s IC with AOS MOS).
6. Coach Jr product engineer to improve their skill and capability for data analysis.
7. Summarize regular request and activity as standard working flow for better handling by other product engineers.
8. Work with TE for bench test correlation (NPI&Production) to improve test quality.
9. Continue to improve datapower analysis tool capability and data completeness.
任职要求：
1. BA degree in Electrical engineering & micro-electronics .
2. above 5 years of product/test engineering, or customer service experience in Semicon industry.
3. Good understanding of semiconductor device physics, fab process, assembly process and reliability.
4. Understand the interaction of packaging / silicon process and its impact to product performance & reliability.
5. Basic understanding of product application.
