新鸿电子有限公司（NuRay Technology Co., Ltd.），简称新鸿电子，是一家源于北京汉鸿投资有限公司与XinRay Systems Inc.的中美合资企业。主要开发和生产基于碳纳米管技术，可应用于安检、医疗等领域下一代高性能CT设备的分布式X射线光源产品，核心技术来自于清华大学及美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校，涉及纳米、电子、真空、高压、机械等技术领域。NuRay Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as‘NuRay’), is a Sino-US joint venture between Beijing Hanhong Investment Company Limited and XinRay Systems Inc. NuRay develops and produces distributed X-ray source products based on CNT(Carbon Nanotube) technology, which are used in the next generation of high-performance CT equipment in the security inspection and medical fields. NuRay’s core technology originates from Tsinghua University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and covers a variety of fields such as Nano technology, electronic, vacuum, high voltage and machinery technology.新鸿电子所研发和生产的新型X射线光源，改变了X射线的产生和利用方式，能够从根本上改善X射线设备的3D成像性能，提高图像清晰度以及扫描速度，并降低设备的维护成本。在碳纳米管场致发射X射线光源技术方面，公司拥有20余项核心专利，并从母公司获得了30余项相关专利的独家许可，这些专利为公司的核心技术提供了全面的知识产权保护，也使公司具有明显的技术竞争优势。The new type X-ray source developed and produced by NuRay has changed the generation and utilization of X-rays, fundamentally changes the 3D imaging performance of X-ray equipment, improves image definition and scanning speed, and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment.
