We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation industrial instrumentation, precision gauges, and advanced electro-optical measurement systems. Based in our Chengdu R&D center, you will be responsible for creating robust mechanical architectures that protect and optimize delicate optical paths in harsh industrial environments.

Because you will collaborate daily with global R&D teams and international stakeholders, complete professional fluency in English is required. You will leverage your expertise in either SolidWorks or Creo to design optomechanical structures where micron-level stability, thermal management, and structural rigidity are critical.

主要职责 | Key Responsibilities
Optomechanical & Precision Design: Lead the mechanical architecture and detailed design of electro-optical instruments, laser-based gauges, sensor housings, and precision lens/mirror mounting fixtures.
光机与精密设计:主导光电仪器、激光测量设备、传感器壳体、精密镜头及反射镜安装工装的整体机械架构与细化设计。
CAD & Alignment Modeling: Build robust, parametric 3D models and precise 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks or Creo. Design stable mechanisms to support precise optical alignment and minimize stray light.
CAD建模与光路校准:使用SolidWorks或Creo搭建参数化三维模型、绘制标准二维工程图;设计稳定机械结构,保障光路精准校准并抑制杂散光。
Thermal & Structural Stability: Conduct rigorous Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure micron-level structural stability, managing therxpansion (CTE matching) to prevent optical misalignment under varying industrial temperatures.
热学与结构稳定性把控:开展严谨的有限元分析(FEA),保证结构达到微米级稳定性;通过热膨胀系数(CTE)匹配设计,避免环境温度变化造成光路偏移。
Ruggedization & Environmental Protection: Design sealed enclosures incorporating ingress protection (IP ratings), and shock/vibration isolation without compromising optical window integrity.
结构加固与环境防护:设计符合IP防护等级的密封壳体,实现抗冲击、抗振动设计,同时保证光学视窗完好无损。
Global Collaboration: Participate in and lead design reviews with global engineering teams, presenting technical data, optical-mechanical tolerances, and design choices fluently in English.
全球团队协作:参与并主持全球工程团队设计评审会议,使用英语清晰阐述技术参数、光机公差及设计方案。
DFM & Supplier Alignment: Optimize designs for precision CNC machining, specialized surface coatings (anodizing, anti-reflective treatments), and die casting. Work closely with precision optical and mechanical suppliers to resolve tooling anomalies.
可制造性设计与供应商协同:结合精密CNC加工、阳极氧化、增透膜等特殊表面处理及压铸工艺优化设计;对接精密光学、机械供应商,协助解决工装生产问题。
任职要求 | Required Qualifications
Education:Mechanical Engineering, Precision Instrumentation, Optoelectronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
学历要求:机械工程、精密仪器、光电子工程、机电一体化等相关专业
Experience: 7+ years of mechanical design experience, with a proven track record in electro-optical systems, laser measurement tools, industrial scanners, or precision vision-based gauging.
工作经验:7年及以上机械设计工作经验,具备光电系统、激光测量设备、工业扫描仪、精密视觉检测设备相关项目实战经验。
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in either SolidWorks or Creo. Ability to manage intricate assemblies, complex part interfaces, and reference geometry for optical paths.
软件能力:精通SolidWorks或Creo任一设计软件,可完成复杂装配体、异形零件接口及光路基准结构的设计工作。
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Must be fully comfortable driving technical meetings, writing engineering documentation, and emailing with overseas teams in English.
语言能力:英语听说读写流利,可独立主持英文技术会议、编写英文工程文档、与海外团队开展书面及口头沟通。
Technical Core:
- Mastery of ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for precision optomechanical manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of material selection (e.g., Invar, aluminum alloys, stainless steel) for high-stability, low-therxpansion designs.
- Hands-on experience with kinematic mounting principles and optical alignment techniques.
