Oversee and manage the administrative affairs to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsible for team management, resource allocation, policy compliance, and budget control, while optimizing workflows and resolving issues. Through effective communication coordination, facility maintenance, and support for management, provide essential support to company's strategic goals and overall operations.

Operational Excellence: Supervise and ensure the efficient functioning of all administrative processes, including office management, vendor management, security oversight, and documentation. 卓越运营:监督并确保所有行政流程的高效运作,包括办公室管理、供应商管理、安保监督及文档管理。

资源与设施管理 (Resource and Facility Management)
Facility Oversight: Oversee the upkeep, security, and functionality of the plant premises or office environment to ensure a professional and safe workplace. 设施监管:监管工厂区域或办公环境的维护、安保及功能性,确保工作场所的专业与安全。

Skills & Capabilities
Excellent command of written and spoken English (working language level). 优秀的英语读写说能力(需作为工作语言)。
High competency level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting. 精通 Microsoft Office 办公软件,具备数据分析和报告能力。

Experience Desired
5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 5年以上行政工作经验,其中至少2年管理岗位经验。
MNC & Manufacturing Background: Proven work experience as an Administrative Manager in a Foreign Enterprise (MNC). Experience in factory or production environments is highly preferred. 外企及制造业背景:具备外资企业行政经理的实战经验。强烈优先考虑有工厂或生产环境经验者。
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, English, or a related field.
