售后工程师（西安/成都/兰州）

1. Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for after-sales technical support and service for large-scale medical imaging equipment (MR), including executing active warranty contracts, reasonably scheduling maintenance plans, and collecting on-site information. Tasks include completing maintenance assignments, writing maintenance reports and annual service summaries, actively responding to customer repair requests, troubleshooting remotely or on-site, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, supporting business departments with technical assistance to facilitate smooth operations, regularly learning product knowledge, summarizing repair experiences, and improving service levels.
2. Qualifications
- Prior experience in MR maintenance with Philips original equipment is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Xi'an
- Associate degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Automation Control, Medical Imaging, Electronic Technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in electronic circuit analysis.
- Good English language skills, with the ability to read technical documents in English.
- Strong resilience, diligence, and adaptability to frequent business travel.
