要求：
1、有医药相关学术背景或德语背景，一年以上医药领域翻译经验
2、译员有较强的责任心和合作性，认真、负责、守时
3、译员有充分灵活的兼职时间，可以保证每日产量，最好是自由译员
4、熟练使用MemoQ或者其他CAT工具，接受500字左右免费试译
