Process Planning/ Logistics 物流规划

工作职责：
（1）Definition and planning of logistic concepts and processes based on NLK, white book and other concern guidelines of VWAC. Including the process and material flow from goods receiving – repacking – storage in high rack and/or floor area. 基于VWAC的NLK、白皮书及其他相关准则，定义并规划物流理念与流程，涵盖从收货—重新包装—高位货架及/或地面存储的全流程与物料流。
（2）Definition and planning of concepts for information flow within the logistics. Including goods receiving, repacking and storage. 定义并规划物流环节内的信息流理念，涵盖收货、重新包装及存储环节。
（3）Definition and implementation of measures for automation and optimization regarding the logistic processes beginning from the concept phase till the support of the realization on site. 从概念阶段到现场落地支持，定义并实施物流流程的自动化与优化措施。
（4）Reconciliation and implementation of concepts for structure and process flow regarding digital smart factory 协调并落实数字化智能工厂的架构与流程理念。
（5）Support at the definition of a concept for information-/dataflow within the logistics dept. at VWAC. Including call offs from the assembly line, call offs from the supermarket and systems of inventory updates as well as definition of the concepts for packaging regarding the guidelines of the concern for packaging for power trains and components. 协助VWAC物流部门定义信息流/数据流理念，包括来自总装线的要货指令、来自超市的要货指令及库存更新系统，同时依据集团关于动力总成及零部件的包装准则，定义包装理念。
（6）Definition, planning and implementation of AGV based on NLK, Whitebook and other concern guidelines of plants for powertrain and components, for new and existing projects in VWAC (Battery) plant. Including the process and material flow from goods receiving – repacking – storage in high rack and/or floor area. 基于NLK、白皮书及集团其他相关准则，为VWAC（电池）工厂的新建及现有项目，定义、规划并实施自动导引车（AGV）系统，涵盖从收货—重新包装—高位货架及/或地面存储的全流程与物料流。
（7）Support during Audits (intern, extern, VDA) and process checks 在内部/外部/VDA审核及流程检查期间提供支持。
任职要求：
（1）Bachelor/Master degree with the major in Engineering / Technical Logistics 工程/技术物流专业本科及以上学历
（2）Good communication and team work skills 良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力
（3）3-5 years’ experience in logistics and/or logistic services 3-5年物流及/或物流服务相关工作经验
（4）Fluent in German/English 德语/英语流利
（5）Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, MicroStation, AutoCAD, RCS System 熟悉微软Office办公软件、SAP、MicroStation、AutoCAD、RCS系统
（6）Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules 诚信且以价值为导向的工作风格，遵守规章制度
（7）Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to spotsomething goes wrong 出现失误时勇于承担责任，并能及时发现问题
