EHS工程师

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate environment, safety, fire safety and occupational health management within the scope of the company's operations, and implement relevant national and company laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines on work safety, comply with lSO14001& IS045001& safety standardization.
- Develop annual EHS management plans and follow up and implement the achievement of each task
- Identify, assess and implement the related EHS laws and regulations, and keep effective communication with government and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with supported functions and business partners to drive EHS performance.
- Organize and implement the annual EHS training & workplan.
- Equipment, facilities & utilities related EHS evaluation
- Implement EHS tour and safety inspection
- Implement emergency preparedness and response management relevant work, such as assisting to build and train ERT team, organizing site relevant emergency drills, build site emergency material standard and monitor regularly
- Site chemical element management
- Investigate EHS accident, eliminate or reduce relevant EHS risks
- Site hazardous work (permit work) management
- Contractor (Interested party) EHS management
- Implement safety, risk assessment work
- Radiation Program management
- Implement personal protection equipment management
- Site new construction project environment, safety and occupational health related application and procedures
- Occupational health hazards identification, application, monitor, assessment related work; employees OH exam organization, communication and document archive
- Hazardous waste and general industrial waste management
- Support to EHS culture cultivation programs
ESG & Sustainability
- Follow and react to DT group sustainability program request and responsible for site implementation
- Have a certain understanding of addressing climate change, carbon emission management, energy-saving, emission reduction technologies, and evaluation

Implement and transform works assigned by EHS committee and EHS Lead.
