The role ensures that the company’s IT environment is reliable, secure,
and optimized with business requirements. The role is maintaining the
overall IT infrastructure and core services, including identity,
networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms, and drives their development
in line with business needs. The role is also responsible for daily IT
operations and support, combining hands‑on troubleshooting with planning
and executing improvements.
Required:
1. Around five years of experience in IT environment and operations (eg.
end‑user devices, server environments, networks, access management)
• Hands‑on experience providing IT support, including troubleshooting
hardware, operating systems, and common business applications
• Solid understanding of information security topics (endpoint
protection, patching, backups, access control, secure configuration)
• Strong experience on Microsoft environments and platforms
• On-Prem datacenter experience (Windows, Wmware, Netapp, Nutanix,
Proxmox)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Alibaba) and related
services (Azure, M365, Intune and Sentinel)
• Understanding identity and access management, including Entra ID /
Active Directory and directory services (e.g. LDAP)
• Abilities to utilize AI in daily work and promote AI adoption further
in the organization
• Clear and structured communication skills in English and in
Finnish/Chinese; ability to explain technical topics in a
business‑friendly way
• Proactive, service‑minded working style and willingness to be hands‑on
in daily operations
Preferred:
• Familiarity with IT service management practices (incident, request,
change, asset management)
• Experience with security hardening, monitoring, and vulnerability or
risk management
• Understanding backup and disaster recovery concepts and practical
implementation
• Exposure to relevant security or quality frameworks and requirements
(e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2 requirements)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining of group IT infrastructure on a global scale with
cooperation with a team of global IT Specialists
• Providing and coordinating hands-on IT support, ensuring good user
experience
• Planning and executing IT infrastructure development activities,
providing expertise in other initiatives per need
• Maintaining clear documentation, guidelines, and instructions for IT
services and support processes; promoting consistent and efficient ways
of working within IT
