SQE供应商质量管理

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in new product development and supplier certification processes, confirm samples, cooperate with IQC to perform incoming inspections.
2. Led for supplier process audit, drive supplier to promote continuous improvement.
3. Lead supplier team in addressing various quality defects and assist in handling abnormal materials detected in the production line or by customers. Facilitate issue analysis and resolution and follow up to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
4. Lead for supplier performance evaluation and drive continuous quality and ESG improvement by:
A. Summarizing monthly/quarterly supplier performance, focus on top issues/bad trend, and drive for continues improvement.
B. Conducting regular on-site supplier audits or initiating audits when supplier performance declines or serious incoming defects occur.
C. Leading periodic quality meetings with suppliers.
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Education & Major:
• Junior College or above (full-time), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related STEM field.
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, circuit diagrams, and skilled in CAD and standard office software.
2. Language Skills:
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to independently handle oversea supplier quality issues, write reports (e.g., 8D), conference call with supplier.
3. Work Experience & Professional Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the electronics, machinery, or manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO9001/IATF16949.
• Proficient in quality tools: QC Seven Tools, 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, etc., with practical application experience.
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure, can adapt to business trip.
