农艺与生产支持/AGRONOMY & PRODUCTION SUPPORT

1. 在跨职能、跨国协作的环境中工作；
2. 统筹管理种植基地，制定作物生产计划，确保产量符合预期需求，实现产品的周年、多区域稳定供应；
3. 解决生产过程中蔬菜作物（尤其是十字花科类）的植保需求，包括但不限于作物特征特性理解、病虫害的防治诊断、植物营养调节、农药合理使用等环节，确保作物产品健康、安全和稳产；
4. 为种植户/基地提供栽培、生产、收获的农艺支持和建议，必要时与国内相关专家建立联系；
5. 与国际产品研究、试验、开发、品控等团队保持联系，为项目的新品种开发提供建议。

1. Working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team collaboration environment
2. Coordinate and manage growers, be responsible for formulating crop production plans, ensuring that product quantities meet expected demand, and achieving annual and multi-regional stable supply of products.
3. Solve the plant protection needs of vegetable crops (especially cruciferous crops), including but not limited to understanding crop characteristics, prevention and diagnosis of pests and diseases, plant nutrition management, rational use of pesticides, etc., to ensure the products' healthy growing, safety, and stable production.
4. Provide agronomic support and advice on cultivation, production, and harvesting to authorized growers, and establish contact with relevant domestic experts when necessary.
5. Maintain contact with product research, testing, development, quality control, and other international teams to deliver advice on new variety development for
the program.
