Coordinate and manage growers, be responsible for formulating crop production plans, ensuring that product quantities meet expected demand, and achieving annual and multi-regional stable supply of products. 3. Solve the plant protection needs of vegetable crops (especially cruciferous crops), including but not limited to understanding crop characteristics, prevention and diagnosis of pests and diseases, plant nutrition management, rational use of pesticides, etc., to ensure the products' healthy growing, safety, and stable production. 4. Provide agronomic support and advice on cultivation, production, and harvesting to authorized growers, and establish contact with relevant domestic experts when necessary. 5. Maintain contact with product research, testing, development, quality control, and other international teams to deliver advice on new variety development for the program.
