Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
2. Support the development and implementation of strategic solutions to improve performance results.
3. Examine permits, licenses, applications, and records to ensure compliance.
4. Prepare, organize, and maintain inspection records. Investigate complaints and suspected violations.
5. Monitor follow-up actions in cases where violations were found and present findings to management.
6. Inform the management team, clients, and employees of control regulations and inspection findings, and make recommendations on how violations can be corrected.
7. Aid in Identifying cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
8. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
9. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
10. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree, EHS related major
2. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
3. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
5. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
6. Proficient English skill in reading & writing, listening and speaking
