汽车质量管理8D报告汽车零部件汽车类汽车整车皮革汽车研发/制造新能源汽车汽车零部件
岗位职责Job responsibilities：
1.支持质量团队收集统计数据和评估；
Support QM team for collecting statistical data and evaluation.
2.发生客户投诉，内部调研，处理并给客户汇报；
If any customer complaints on quality problems occur, communicate internally and report to customer.
3.参加IATF 16949 质量体系内审；
Join in IATF 16949 quality system internal audit.
4.根据需要培训质量检查员；
Train quality inspectors if needed.
5.配合生产线共同检查产品质量；
Work with production line, to check leather quality.
6.领导安排的其他工作；
Others tasks allocated by quality manger or senior management.
7.负责客户项目和任务的协助与配合
Responsibility regarding customer projects and task matrix.
8. 提交PPAP
PPAP submit for cutting & sewing project
9.IMDS/CAMDS 提交
IMDS/CAMDS submit
任职要求：
1. 统招大学本科以上学历；
At least 4-year college graduate
2. 英语四级或以上；
CET 4；
3. 质量管理体系经验
Knowledge of QMS
4. 一方和二方审核
First Party and Second Party Audits
5. 五大质量管理工具
5 Quality Management Tools
6. 熟悉IATF16949和办公软件的应用
Familiar with IATF16949 and office software usage
7. 3年以上汽车行业质量管理经验
3+ years QM experices in Auto industry
8. 皮革专业或同行业从业者优先
Consideration of leather knowledge or from leather industry
