IE Engineer /IE工程师

Job Responsibility:
●Responsible for on-site production process optimization; use IE methods (process analysis, motion analysis, time study, etc.) to improve efficiency, reduce losses and enhance the working environment.
●Lead the planning and optimization of production line layout; rationally allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to maximize utilization.
●Formulate, review and maintain standard working hours; provide accurate data support for production planning, staffing and efficiency accounting.
●Standardize and optimize SOPs and staff operating procedures to ensure standardized operations.
●Analyze key production indicators (efficiency, capacity); identify bottlenecks, develop targeted improvement plans, track implementation effects and consolidate achievements.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote lean production; organize lean training and advocacy to enhance the team’s lean awareness and capabilities.
Job Requirements:
●Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering or related fields; 3+ years of manufacturing IE experience (optical processing/precision manufacturing experience preferred).
●Solid theoretical foundation in IE; proficient in 7 IE Tools, Time Study, Motion Economy Principles and Line Balance Analysis.
●CET-6 or above (mandatory): Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for daily communication and overseas business.
●Strong data analysis ability; proficient in Excel, CAD and CAXA.
●Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving and cross-team communication skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
