Job Responsibility:
Design of Optical Communication Automation Equipment – 70%
●Lead the end-to-end mechanical development for optical communication automation equipment (requirements gathering → concept design → 3D modeling → feasibility simulation → structural analysis → engineering drawings release).
●Ensure mechanical structure reliability, precision and maintainability through robust design and optimization.
●Select and verify core opto-mechanical components (precision slides, actuators, guides, etc.) to solve technical challenges and improve performance.
Technology Study & Research – 10%
●Conduct technical research and verify new mechanical structures to support innovation.
Support & Collaboration – 10%
●Collaborate with electrical/software teams for integration and debugging.
●Deliver technical documentation (BOM, assembly/operation manuals).
Technical Documentation & Standardization – 10%
●Lead 2D/3D drawing reviews within the mechanical team and drive standardization of common parts.
Job Requirements:
●5+ years experience in non-standard automation equipment design.
●3+ years experience in precision semiconductor assembly or sub-1mm device automation design.
●Track record of delivering full-project automation equipment from concept to deployment.
●Proficient in selecting sensors, opto-mechanical components, actuators, linear motors and manipulators.
●Hands-on experience with assembly/debugging and precision mechanical control schemes.
●Basic understanding of electrical controls (PLC, motion control cards, sensors) for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
●Experience in SMT assembly equipment or optical assembly equipment is a strong plus.
●Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving and project execution capabilities.
