Responsibility: Mainly responsible for Workday related HR Support to Japan customers. Detailed responsibilities as below: -Workday data maintenance. -Workday Learning/HR operation cases handling. -Workday adoption project enrollment. -Stakeholder service management. -Training for Junior members. Requirement: -Advanced Japanese language skill in both oral and written. -Good English language skill in written. -Microsoft Office Skills(Excel, Word, PPT). -3 years+ HR System related work experience(Workday is preferred) or HR SSC/Operation experience. -Nice to have the project management experience for system implementation/migration. -Nice to have Excel VBA, Access SQL, Power automate Skill. -Customer service mindset and good communication skills.
