成本和财务分析员

1.Inventory management, includes aging analysis, E&O review, PPV analysis, taking lead to conduct stocktaking arrangement and etc.;
2.Provide product calculation with actual cost, cost variance analysis on material, overhead and labor periodically;
3.Supervise standard cost rate maintenance in ERP, working closely with processing department to improve the accuracy of routing time, BOM structure and etc;
4.Work closely with quotation department to analyze the cost structure and provide information on price quoting;
5.Prepare weekly/monthly KPI’s and present to factory and group finance;
6.Provide insight through data analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes;
7.Monitor the budget: explain deviation of actual vs. budget (profit, costs);
8.Prepare ROI analysis of new investments;
9.Assist in monthly accounting books closing;
10.Assist in preparing yearly budget;
11.Responsible for fixed asset management;
12.Be a key member of continuous improvement activities of factory.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree, mathematics or computer science is preferred;
2.4+ years experience on costing, data analysis at manufacturing industrial in MNC;
3.Be familiar with ERP system, Infor knowledge is highly preferred;
4.Good communication, collaborative skill;
5.Excellent in Excel and Microsoft Office application;
6.Good English reading, writing and fluent speaking;
7.Experience on Lean/continuous improvement is Plus.
