职位：采购专员（偏供应商开发）
工作地点：广州淘金
入职时间：立即到岗-全职
主要工作内容：
§ 处理项目的前期报价：对不同的产品和国内供应商分布有基本的了解，在不同渠道寻找合适的供应商，并与供应商沟通最优价格和条件，提高项目成交率；
§ 供应商背景资料调查：根据项目情况和公司内部系统，检查供应商基本背景资料并确保其真实有效性；
§ 产品资质有效性：针对产品的测试报告和证书，检查并确保真实及有效；
§ 产品开发：跟踪产品开发细节，与其他部门同事通力合作；
§ 解决问题：为确保项目能顺利开展，能独立完善项目的前期处理和问题解决，如有必要，需到工厂现场协商解决；
§ 供应商开发，维护良好的合作关系：偶尔出差，定期访厂，项目过程中与供应商保持紧密联系，展会拜访。通过不同的平台和方法，开发优质的供应商；
§ 信息数据录入：把工作过程中的信息用英文及时在公司内部系统上更新；
§ 积极主动处理上级交待的其他事务。
职位要求：
基本：

• 英文口语、书写流利，能适应全英工作环境
• 对供应商开发和国际运输操作有基本了解
• 至少1年的外资公司同职位经验，有家具订单经验优先
• 大专学历及以上；

能力要求：

• 擅长谈判，较强的整体项目管理能力；
• 能承受一定的工作压力；理解能力较高；
• 能独立提供解决的问题方案；学习能力较快；
• 多任务执行能力；能迅速理解一些简单的技术问题；
• 若有ERP系统操作经验更佳！

薪酬与机会
* 工资：根据个人经验和能力，6,000-8,000 元/月（到手）。入职购买五险一金。
* 试用期：2-3个月（根据合同签订的年限来定）

JOB TITLE: SOURCER
Location: Taojin, Guangzhou, China
Starting date: Immediately – Full time
Working environment: 10 Chinese and European staffs.
Working time: from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Main responsibilities:
*Deal with the inquiries: Have a basic knowledge of various products and distribution of domestic suppliers. In order to increase the deal rate of projects, be able to find a proper supplier from a variety of sources and negotiate with suppliers for a best price and order terms;
*Verify and examine the background of suppliers: according to each project and request from internal system, check and make sure the authenticity and validity of the suppliers that you selected;
*Verify and examine the product qualification: check and make sure the authenticity and validity of product’s test reports and certifications;
*Product development: Follow-up the details of new product and cooperate with other colleagues a common effort;
*Problem solving: ensure the project is running smoothly, be able to work and deal with the issues during the project preparation independently. Visit the supplier if necessary.
*Suppliers development and relationship maintenance: get used to occasional business trip and visit factories regularly, have a close contact with the suppliers during project. Develop the superior suppliers by different ways.
*Input data in our computer system: update all work data on the system in English
*To undertake other tasks assigned by leader
REQUIREMENTS
Basics:
*Fluency in both oral and written English, be able to work in English environment;
*Have a basic knowledge of sourcing industry and oversea shipping operation;
*At least 2 years of experience in international purchasing or trading
*College degree or above
