一、岗位职责
1、协助经理开展行业市场调研及竞争情报收集分析,为细分市场研究提供基础数据支持。
2、参与品牌推广与展会筹备工作,执行新产品推广及促销措施落地。
3、协助客户满意度调查、年度走访及一般性投诉处理,维护良好客户关系。
4、负责市场部内部文档整理、会议纪要及数据分析报告的撰写与制作。
二、任职要求
1、年龄25-35周岁,本科及以上学历,市场营销、电机、自动化、机械等专业优先。
2、具备1年以上电机或制造业(设备相关)市场、销售或技术相关工作经验优先,优秀应届生可考虑。
3、熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件,具备基础数据处理能力,了解2D/3D绘图软件者优先。
4、英语四级以上,具备基本读写能力,口语流利者优先。
5、具备较强的执行力、沟通协调能力和学习能力。
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the manager in conducting industry market research and gathering competitive intelligence to provide foundational data support for niche market analysis.
2. Participate in brand promotion and exhibition preparation, assisting in the implementation of new product promotion and marketing initiatives.
3. Support customer satisfaction surveys, annual visits, and the handling of general complaints to maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Responsible for organizing internal documentation for the Marketing .
5.Assist to follow up the proceeding for sales project progress management.
Job Requirements
1. Aged 25-35, with a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or technology within the motor or manufacturing (equipment-related) industry is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
3. Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and PPT. Basic data processing skills are required; familiarity with 2D/3D design software is a plus.
4. Familiar with the basic processes of project management and capable of using tools such as Project for progress management is preferred.
5. CET-4 or above, with basic reading and writing abilities; fluency in spoken English is preferred.
6. Strong execution, communication, coordination, and learning abilities.
