Research Group Leader

Key responsibilities:
l Assume responsibility for the R&D of novel reagents, kits, or other labconsumables for life science and biomedical research
l Play a keyscientific role in leading multiple projects, formulating and implementing theR&D plans
l Assume responsibility for matrix leadership and management of
project teams
l Pro-actively integrate your group into the integrated R&D platform at Beyotime
l Guide resource allocation in a dynamic environment meeting R&D requirements and timelines
l Lead the development and implementation of new or expanded technical capabilities that will impact future research projects
Qualifications:
Must-Have
l Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a relevant discipline
l Research experience in one or multiple of the following fields: immunology,[MOU1] neuroscience, tumor biology, microbiology, protein science, molecular biology, cell biology, physiology, pathology, botany, metabolism, genetics, epigenetics, chemical biology, drug discovery, AI/ bioinformatics, etc.
l Enthusiasm in theR&D of reagents, kits, or other lab consumables for scientific research
l Self-starting ability and capability of working with a wide degree of autonomy and independence
l Clear and open communication style to interact effectively
Nice-to-Have
l Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technologies
l Postdoctoral
or research experience in top-tier scientific research institutions or
companies
