2,调研金属矿山行业市场动态、竞品信息、相关政策及项目资讯,制定合理的区域或行业销售策略并落地执行。
Investigate the market trends, competitor information, relevant policies and project information of the metal mine industry, formulate reasonable regional or industry sales strategies and implement them.
3,对接矿山企业、矿建公司、设备代理商、设计院等各类目标客户,全程跟进招投标、报价、合同签订及回款等相关工作。
Connect with various target customers such as mining enterprises, mining construction companies, equipment agents and design institutes, and follow up the whole process of bidding, quotation, contract signing and payment collection.
4,协同公司技术、售后团队,为客户提供金属矿山设备/产品/解决方案的专业推广、技术答疑及落地支持服务。
Cooperate with the company's technical and after-sales teams to provide customers with professional promotion, technical consultation and landing support services for metal mine equipment/products/solutions.
5,维护客户关系,提升客户满意度与忠诚度,促进客户复购及转介绍;及时处理客户商务异常及投诉,保障合作顺利推进。
Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, promote customer repurchase and referral; timely handle customer business abnormalities and complaints to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.
职位要求:1:大专及以上学历,采矿工程、机械工程、矿物加工工程、冶金工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先考虑
2:3年以上金属矿山行业销售、商务或市场相关工作经验;有矿山设备、矿山耗材、矿山工程、矿用配件销售经验者优先。
3:熟悉国内金属矿山分布情况,拥有矿山企业客户资源、矿山项目运作经验者优先录用。
4:具备独立开发客户、商务谈判及招投标全流程操作的能力;能接受高频出差,适应矿山现场走访的工作环境;具备较强的目标感、执行力与抗压能力。
5:熟练使用Office等办公软件,持有驾驶证者优先;沟通表达清晰流畅,职业素养良好,具备较强的责任心与团队协作意识。
