研发项目经理

Job Responsibility:
- Managing projects in regards to time, budget and scope (content, quality).
- Coordination and controlling of the core processes in the product development, industrialization, release testing and production startup of the project.
- Developing of a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress.
- Managing and controlling the project budget (invest costs), releasing necessary expenses/orders.
- Controlling the manufacturing costs.
- Supervising the project team – authority to give advices / instructions.
- Moderation of regularly project team meetings to ensure information exchange in the project worldwide.
- Delegation and tracking of project related tasks to the project team members.
- Ensure that necessary decisions in the project are done.
- Manage changes in the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Perform a risk management to minimize the project risks.
- Reporting the status to the project steering committee.
- Monitoring the project progress.
- Escalation in case of deviations in time, budget (invest and manufacturing costs) and scope.
- Involved in the communication with the customer.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or above in Engineering or related
- Multi-year working experience in project management
- Very good written and verbal communication skills (internal and with customers/suppliers)
- Good skills in English language – verbal and written
- Very good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Good skills in coaching and supervision of project team members
- Basic technical understanding
- Good moderation skills
- Good conflict management skills
