Validation Engineer

1. Analyze and valuate customer requirements (Mainly environment test requirement, EMC test requirement and material test).

2. Develop and create EMC test plan and environment test plan according national, international and customer requirements.
3. Execution verification and validation tests according to test plan, national and international requirements.
4. Commissioning external test labs.
5. Communication test results to customers.
6. Responsibility coordination timing assigned projects and manage it.
7. Responsibility assigned national and international projects and manage it.
8. Support and advisory function in pre-development phase to series production (Engineering, industrial engineering, test engineering, manufacturing engineering).
9. Support and permanent involvement in project management (status meetings, team meetings).
10. Supervision and maintenance China Validation Lab (Environment test lab, such as climate chamber and thermal shock chamber and so on).

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics or similar expertise.
2. Familiar with EMC and environment test.
3. Know how in Automotive test specification and automotive interfaces for antenna and switch products.
4. Familiar with VW, PSA test standards.
5. Good English skills in reading and writing, basic oral English requirement.
6. Good communication skills, team-work consciousness.
