ECAD Engineer(PCB Layout)

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the PCB design for projects and fixtures.
2. Draw the schematic for EE, create new decals of new components and manage the library together with Germany PCB layout engineer.
3. Layout and routing independently based on different products and different requirement from EE.
4. Responsible for Gerber files preparation, deal with EQ and processing technic files with support EE, Panel design with support with MFGE.
5. Export the components position and SMT gerber.
6. Upload the BOM in TC, and create EAD files and FBD files in TC.
7. Review the final PCB with EE and MFGE and make modification.
8. Ensure the environmental, occupational health and safety requirements will be fulfilled during the development progress, especially the material choice.
9. Well knowledge of PCB layout to ensure electrical performance, reliability and manufacturability.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics with good to excellent results or comparable technical education with several years of experience;
2. Above 3 years PCB Layout experience;
3. Experienced in design 6 layer PCB；
4. Skilled in using E-CAD(CAD star) Software;
5. Familiar with RF filed layout and routing basic rules;
6. Good written English skill.
