主要工作职责：

• 向潜在客户或客户讲解，演示或证明我们工业4.0 MES产品。

• 收集，挖掘和分析客户的需求和问题，根据客户的需求和问题制订，讲解和验证详细的MES解决方案。

• 项目招标相关的技术工作。

• 与实施项目团队的交接和支持。

• 支持公司的市场营销活动，包括参加展览会，研讨会和制作产品促销材料。

• 与全球产品管理部门合作，收集中国市场的客户需求并分析市场的发展趋势。

• 收集，跟踪和分析竞争对手的产品信息和市场活动。


职位要求：

• 本科或以上学历，主修信息管理系统，软件工程，计算机科学，电子，MBA，自动化，工业工程或机械等专业。

• 8年以上电子,半导体或PCB制造知识和经验。

• 8年以上软件/ IT从业经验，具有MES咨询顾问经验者优先考虑。

• 良好的沟通能力和强大的解决方案展示能力。

• 英文要求四级或以上，具有一定的英语口语沟通能力和书面表达能力。

• 能够适应经常出差。


Position: Pre-Sales MES Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Present, demonstrate, or prove our Industry 4.0 MES product to potential or existing clients.

• Collect, explore, and analyze customer needs and issues, develop, present, and prove customized MES solutions based on customer requirements.

• Technical work related to project bidding.

• Handover and support with the project implementation team.

• Support the company's marketing activities, including participating in exhibitions, seminars, and creating product promotional materials.

• Collaborate with the global product management department to gather customer requirements in the Chinese market and analyze market
trends.

• Collect, track, and analyze competitors' product information and market activities.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management
Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, MBA, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Over 8 years of knowledge and experience in electronics, semiconductor, or PCB manufacturing.

• Over 8 years of experience in software/IT, with preference given to those with MES consulting experience.

• Strong communication skills and excellent solution presentation abilities.

• English proficiency of CET-4 or above, with a certain level of English speaking and writing skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
