自动化测试工程师ATE（薪资面议）

岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1、创建产品(UPS,PCS,AVR)测试规格书。Create the test specification of UPS, PCS and AVR.
2、开发所有产品的新测试设备，并进行认证。Develop new test benches and conduct needed qualification for all products (UPS,PCS&AVR) .
3、培训和认证作业员使用新测试设备，创建相关作业指导书。Conduct training and qualification for production line operators on new test bench, and prepare WI accordingly.
4、监控测试设备的运行情况，定义维护保养计划（1级-3级）。为测试设备维护保养提供技术支持，包括UPS, PCS, AVR等产品线设备。Monitor running performance of test benches, define maintenance plan (level1, 2 and 3), and provide high-level technical support on test bench maintenance in SSX including UPS, PCS and AVR.
5、为提高测试设备的效率和可靠性提供可行性方案，降低成本和宕机修复时间。Deliver proposal to increase efficiency and reliability of test benches, reduce cost and lead time of breakdown resolving.
6、导入最合适的测试技术提高测试效率和稳定性，减少操作成本。Introduce best-fit available testing technology to increase testing efficiency & reliability, and reduce operation cost.
7、确保按时保养，改善当机，导入自动化和TPM。Ensure PM on time, improve downtime, introduce automation and TPM in SSX.
8、KPI和周报或月报。KPIs and reporting (weekly or monthly) .
9、部门经理安排的其他工作。Other responsibility assigned by department manager.

任职条件Job Qualifications
1、本科及以上学历。 Bachelor's degree or above.
2、5年以上相关岗位工作经验。More than 5 years of working experience in relevant positions.
3、英语流利优先。Fluent English is preferred.
4、会基础c/c#和Python。Basic knowledge of C/C# and Python.
