硬件工程师助理

职责Dutie
1、负责产品（UPS、储能）硬件、电气设计，并根据项目阶段输出相关设计资料文档；解决项目过程中的关键技术问题。Responsible for the hardware and electrical design of products (UPS, energy storage), and delivering relevant design documentation according to project phases; addressing key technical challenges during the project process.
2、完成项目和产品的硬件全流程工作（包括硬件方案规划、方案实施、器件选型、电路设计、调试、测试、文档输出、技术支持等）。Execute full-cycle hardware development for projects and products, (including:Hardware architecture planning & implementation; Component selection & circuit design; Prototyping, debugging & validation testing;Technical documentation & production support.
3、负责产品优化、降本设计；Lead product optimization and cost-reduction design initiatives.
4、产品样品、试产、量产问题分析与解决。Analyze and resolve issues during prototyping, trial production, and mass production.
5、负责公司产品及其衍生品的优化、维护工作。Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of company products and their derivatives.
教育背景要求 Education & background required
1、本科及以上学历。Bachelor's degree or above.
2、电力电子、电气工程、自动化等相关专业。Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation and related majors.
注：薪资面议。Note:Salary is negotiable.
