Main duty:
Receive all incoming goods, ensuring accurate handling, identification, and allocation to the correct groupage or storage area.
Consolidate and group all components related to specific orders, verifying completeness and correctness, and prepare shipments accordingly.
Manage and coordinate national shipments via truck, rail, and sea, as well as international shipments by sea and air, ensuring compliance with logistics, customs, and delivery requirements.

1. Technical & Professional Skills
· Logistics and shipping knowledge: solid understanding of national and international transport modes (truck, rail, sea, air).
· Warehouse operations: experience with goods receiving, identification, groupage, picking, and shipment preparation.
· Order management: ability to consolidate components by order, check completeness, and manage priorities.
· Documentation & compliance: familiarity with shipping documents (packing lists, delivery notes, bills of lading, airway bills) and basic customs requirements.
· IT systems: confident use of ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanners, and basic office software.
2. Organizational & Operational Skills
· High attention to detail: accuracy in matching components, quantities, and destinations.
· Strong planning ability: capable of organizing shipments efficiently, respecting deadlines and transport constraints.
· Problem-solving mindset: able to react quickly to delays, missing components, transport issues, or documentation errors.
· Time management: handles multiple orders and shipments simultaneously without losing control.
3. Personal & Interpersonal Characteristics
· Reliability and accountability: trusted to manage valuable goods and critical shipments independently.

4. Experience & Background (Typical Expectations)
· Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination roles.
· Exposure to international shipments is a strong plus.
