Operation Resource Planning Engineer

岗位职责:
Support the company’s profitable growth through capital effective demand fulfilment and catalysing the company’s optimal business operation by managing capacity and improving process. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Capacity planning and management.
2. Productivity improvement
3. Capital investment evaluation and control
4. Layout management
5. Cost management

任职要求:
1. Master degree in Industrial engineering, Business, or related engineering field is required.
2. Good senses of number, data analysis skills, logical thinking, and memory ability
3. English CET-6 and above; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
4. Global mindset, self-motivated, high personal standard.
5. A team player, demonstrated leadership potential.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
