Job Responsibilities（英语口语流利）
● Develop Power BI Reports and automate data processes, including data modeling, report optimization, and data processing.
● Write, maintain, and update technical documentation for projects.
Required Skills
● 3+ years of Power BI development experience; expert in visualization design and complex charting.
● Expert in DAX: able to write high-performance measures, time intelligence functions, calculation groups. Skilled in Power Query.
● Strong data modeling skills (Star/Snowflake schemas) and performance tuning expertise.
● Experienced in configuring RLS and utilizing Power BI Fabric.
● Proficient in SQL and familiar with mainstream databases and ETL tools.
● Familiar with Python for data processing, automation, or integration tasks
工作职责
1、开发 Power BI 报表并实现数据流程自动化，涵盖数据建模、报表优化及数据处理相关工作；
2、撰写、维护并更新项目相关技术文档。
任职要求
1、3 年及以上 Power BI 开发经验，精通可视化设计与复杂图表制作；
2、精通 DAX 语言，可编写高性能度量值、时间智能函数及计算组，熟练掌握 Power Query 工具；
3、具备扎实的数据建模能力（星型 / 雪花型模型），精通报表性能调优；
4、有行级别安全性（RLS）配置及 Power BI Fabric 使用经验；
5、熟练掌握 SQL 语言，熟悉主流数据库及 ETL 工具；
6、熟悉 Python 语言，可运用其完成数据处理、自动化或系统集成相关工作。
