Position Summary：

Ø Plan and implement the Product Engineering function to ensure the
achievement of the short and long term business strategy, operating objectives.




Principal Responsibilities：

Ø Lead the layout and design work of the transmission system, mainly
focusing on the wet clutch section.

Ø Responsible for system problem and vehicle application problem analysis

Ø Lead cross function team for problem solving

Ø Maintain close relationships with customer engineer to keep abreast of
technical trends emerging product feature designs in order to facilitate
complete customer satisfaction.

Ø Maintain close relationship with technical centers to ensure new product
developments are in line with company needs

Ø Support cost reduction

Ø Responsible for Lab Audit

Ÿ In-house and/or on-site system level testing

Ÿ Plant other departments assistance

Ø Responsible following activities

Ÿ Test specifications

Ÿ Test plan, test report, customer presentation, test bench specifications

Ÿ Technical analysis of end of line testing data

Ÿ DV and PV testing

Ø Responsible for VAVE program validation.

Ø Documentation of project related engineering data, e.g.Test plan, test
report, customer presentation, test bench specifications

Ø Resolve customer field problems & report on test incidents

Ø Support part failure analysis and provide related data for test reports
with team leader together.

Ø Complete other temporary cross-functional works as required by company.

Ø Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader/supervisor.



Requirements：

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Vehicle engineering

Ø Minimum 5 years’ experience in transmission systems or wet clutch
systems (hydraulic experience is preferred)

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint)

Ø Software skills: at least one engineering software experience, such as
Creo, Catia etc.
