Order Manager Manager

What you will be responsible for:
• Control contract risk, liability, technical agreement
• Optimize process to reduce engineering and design mistakes
• Product standardization
• Implement cost-saving measures through optimizing product designing
• Meet customer OTD target
• Cost control for each order, make sure the actual GM can meet OI GM
• Improve customer’s satisfaction
• New product/process introduction, continuous improvement of current product/processes and operation of engineering team
• Manage stock control of semi-finished and finished goods
• Responsible for the safety of your actions and your subordinates.
About you：
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Thermodynamics
• At least 10 years working experience in the technical background and 5 years management experience
• Rich experience on scheduling.
• Good English communication skills on both speaking and writing.
• Good skills on MS office and SAP.
• Good skills on presentation.
• Willing to work under pressure，Has the ability to work in a team, and across-teams, and to develop and manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Good analytic; negotiating and influencing skills
