2. Setting objectives and monitoring and ensuring the company goals are achieved
3. Maintain local processes to be compliance with global procedures
4. Establish yearly purchasing budget plan and cost reduction plan
5. Ensure that new projects are sourced on time and within budget
6. Develop supplier base with quality required ready to support business growths and new technology requirement
7. Manage, train and develop the team
8. Work with Global Commodity team on commodity strategy and support implementation of Global Commodity Strategy.
9. Be an integral part of the local management team and work together in order to ensure the sites goals are achieved.
1. Bachelor degree in engineering, MBA is a plus
2. Experience in leadership function- min 8 years required
3. Purchasing experience in automotive industry-min 5 years required
4. Knowledge of AQP process and supplier quality management
5. International team work experience
6. High level of motivation and professionalism
7. Good analytical skills as well as planning capabilities
8. A good team player and can work under pressure
9. Fluent English in writing and speaking
