三文鱼贸易/进出口农/林/牧/渔
本职位为挪威美威公司北京代表处，美威水产（上海）有限公司同集团公司，工作地为广州/深圳。
Purpose of the Position职位目的
Developing and maintaining business with more customers in Southern China, ensuring good cooperation relationships. Location Guangzhou or Shenzhen. 拓展和维护华南区域业务，确保良好的合作关系。 工作地点广州或深圳。 Responsibilities & Duties岗位职责
1、Exploring new customers and maintaining existing customers. Expanding Mowi’s market share by exploring new customers across Northern China. Maintaining existing customers; Setting up proper working plans and executing; Attending industry trade shows such as Shanghai Seafood Show / Qingdao Seafood Show to build new customer connections.
1、 探索新的华南区域客户并维护现有客户。 通过在中国华南区域寻找新的客户来扩大Mowi的市场份额； 维护现有客户； 制定适当的工作计划并执行； 参加上海海鲜展/青岛海鲜展等行业贸易展，建立新的客户关系。
2、Dealing with weekly orders. Liaising with domestic clients and preparing documentation; Tracking logistics, reviewing documents, and ensuring on-time delivery; Collecting and categorizing customer complaints, liaising with overseas factories; Keeping daily contact with logistics teams, monitoring shipments in real time, and updating status instantly.
2、 处理每周订单。 与国内客户联络并准备文件； 跟踪物流，审查文件，确保按时交货； 收集和分类客户投诉，与海外工厂联络； 与物流团队保持日常联系，实时监控货物，并即时更新状态。
3、Collecting market information. Collecting and analyzing domestic and international salmon market trends & forecasts; Sourcing multi-dimensional industry data via professional websites, associations, and other channels; Regularly delivering concise market outlook reports and actionable insights to team; Providing data-driven research to underpin strategic business decisions. 3、 收集市场信息。 收集和分析国内外鲑鱼市场趋势和预测； 通过专业网站、协会和其他渠道获取多维行业数据； 定期向团队提供简明的市场前景报告和可操作的见解； 提供数据驱动的研究，以支持战略业务决策。
Academic & Trades Qualification学历与专业资质
College Above; outstanding candidates may be considered without diploma. 大专以上学历；优秀的候选人放宽要求。
Work Experience & Skills工作经验与技能
At least 3 years salmon sales/purchasing experience; With in-depth understanding and insight into the domestic salmon market.
至少3年鲑鱼销售/采购经验； 对国内三文鱼市场有深入的了解和洞察。
Personal Qualities & Behavioural Traits 个人素质
Honest & faithful; Passionate & responsible; Good at commucation. 诚实守信；热情负责；善于沟通。
