Logistics and I&E Specialist

岗位职责：
1.Logistics Operation & Execution
-Take full ownership of logistics-related matters, independently drive solutions for all logistics issues across the entire process.
-Coordinate with the Operations and Warehouse teams to arrange cargo dispatch,ensuring smooth execution of inbound and outbound shipments.
-Oversee the full execution of ocean shipments (inbound & outbound), manage
all transportation documents accurately and compliantly.
-Execute logistics invoice verification independently, manage quality-related
matters and claim/surcharge handling in accordance with company regulations.
- Manage transportation workflows, conduct performance analytics to identify
optimization points and improve logistics efficiency.
2.Logistics Issue & Complaint Handling
-Collect, highlight and manage customer logistics-related complaints in a timely
and systematic manner, follow up to resolve issues independently.
-Perform control assessments and resolve logistics-related inquiries
independently, including delivery updates, general questions and ad-hoc issues
related to both inbound and outbound deliveries.
-Address and resolve logistics-related problems proactively, ensuring customer
satisfaction and smooth business flow.
3.Third-Party Forwarder & Carrier Management
- Manage daily communication and coordination with 3rd party forwarding agents
independently.
- Define and review Sales & Operation Standards with 3rd party forwarding agents to meet business requirements.
-Conduct regular meetings with forwarders to identify operational issues, work
out and track corrective actions to ensure standardized operation.
- Perform carrier performance measurement independently, evaluate service quality and drive continuous improvement.
4.Compliance & Cross-Functional Coordination
-Strictly adhere to internal business processes, operational guidelines and
trade compliance rules in all logistics work.
-Cooperate effectively with internal functions and business segments to ensure
seamless information and workflow coordination.
-Communicate efficiently with external parties including local Customs to solve
logistics-related problems independently, ensuring compliance and smooth
customs clearance.
任职要求：
• University (Bachelor’s Degree) in supply chain management, with emphasis on Logistics and I&E, is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics.Experience in international trade affairs
• Problem solving skill, determination to persist through challenges
Good communication skills.
• Excellent command of both oral and written
local language and English is required.
• Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.
