Responsibilities:
• Work directly with English-speaking clients to design customized experiential education programs.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Operator to create tailored proposals based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with project leaders and operators to successfully deliver programs.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and operational teams, ensuring priorities are managed and deliverables met.
• Share destination knowledge with internal teams and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Continuously innovate and enhance program offerings to keep our portfolio fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with the operations team to handle any emergencies that arise before, during, or after the program.
• Prepare all necessary program documents and monitor program status.
• Represent the company at client-facing events and program orientations.
• Participate in programs on the ground at least 2-3 times per year to gain firsthand logistical insights.
Requirements:
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working across departments, including Sales, Academics, Accounting, and Operations.
• Confident in client interactions, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools to support program coordination.
