Finance Manager

Responsibility:
1.Responsible for Day-to-Day EPR FI/CO functions;
Products costing; New products/projects cost accounting,as well as analysis
and controls.
2.Responsible for the monthly and annual China
GAAP and US GAAP reports of the Qinhuangdao factory; Back up Eriez China
Consolidation reports
3. Monthly and annual tax filing work at the
Qinhuangdao factory, Transfer Pricing Calculation to ensure tax compliance
and risk control.
4. Coordinate the relationships between
Qinhuangdao company and various local governments including banks, tax
authorities, and foreign exchange authorities; Ensure compliance with local
policies and safeguard the company's interests.
5. Responsible for supervision the internal
financial regulations, systems and business processes of the Qinhuangdao
factory.
6. Responsible for business compliance in the
Qinhuangdao factory
7. Cash flow management
8.Assets and Inventory management
9. Support Sr.FD to prepare Eriez China Annual
budget and Rolling Forecast , variance analysis
10. Responsible for Qin huangdao factory Year end
internal & external Audits.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree(or equivalent+) in Accounting
or Finance Management
2.CPA, CMA, ACCA, Intermediate-level of CPA,
CET-6 proficiency
3. Minimumn of 5 years' cost and tax experience
in Multinational manufacturing enterprise and more than 8 years of experience
as a financial manager
4. Understanding of China Tax Requirements,
Previous experience with Transfer Pricing Rules
5. Understanding US GAAP, IFRS
6. Fluency in English with good verbal and
written skills
7. Integrity and accountability, Good
communication Skills, Well organized with good leadership skills
8. Ability to work closely with customers
