职位描述
1. Responsible for the design and development work of Daimler project
负责戴姆勒项目的设计和开发工作
2. Responsible for receive customer requests, support to transfer to aeC and Floss
-Describe engineering change notification to aeC team
-Create clear presentation to customer related team
-Negotiate proposals with local customer
负责接收客户需求，帮助客户传递需求给aeC团队和Floss
-向aeC团队介绍工程变更通知内容
-为客户相关团队创建清晰的展示文件
-与本地客户协商变更方案
3. Support each project phase at customer side and feedback information to
aeC and Floss
在客户端支持其每个项目阶段并将信息反馈给aeC团队和Floss
4. Work proposals with aeC team for cost reduction and optimization of serial products
与aeC团队沟通方案以节省成本和优化量产产品
5. Responsible for design study/reports, and process optimization
负责设计方案的调查与汇报，并进行过程的优化
6. Manage and work with core tools for design (NX, PMDB, LDorado, SAP, Swan
and Daimler engineering system)
管理和使用设计相关的核心工具（NX, PMDB, LDorado, SAP, Swan and Daimler
engineering system）
7. Reporting for aeC management team
向aeC管理团队进行汇报
Job Qualifications:任职资格
1. Have the knowhow about the product development procedure according to APQP
了解APQP的产品开发过程
2. Mechanical design is preferred, bachelor degree or above
机械设计相关最好，本科或以上学位
3. Major in engineering or mechanical design
工程或者机械设计专业
4. At least 3 years work experience in design/development
至少3年设计相关经验
5. Able to communicate in English effectively in written and oral form
能够用英语进行有效的书面和口语交流
6. Excellent Microsoft office skills, familiar with design software NX Catia, ProE
etc
出色的Microsoft办公软件技能，熟悉NX,Catia,ProE等设计软件
7. Could take business travel activities
能够接收出差
8. Working experience on Daimler project will be a big plus
