职位描述

QCQAQE客户投诉汽车行业质量管理体系家电线束电子设备制造电子/半导体/集成电路

.负责线束产品生产全过程的质量控制，包括来料检验、过程巡检及出货检验；
Responsible for the overall quality control of wire harness production, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and outgoing inspection;
2.制定并更新检验标准、作业指导书及相关质量文件，确保现场与文件保持一致；
Develop and update inspection standards, work instructions, and related quality documents to ensure consistency between site operations and documentation;
3.处理客户投诉及内部质量问题，组织8D报告分析及整改措施落实；
Handle customer complaints and internal quality issues, organize 8D report analysis, and implement corrective actions;
4.参与新项目开发阶段的质量策划，协助APQP、PPAP文件准备；
Participate in quality planning during new project development, assist in preparing APQP and PPAP documents;
5.定期对生产过程进行质量审核，推动持续改进；
Conduct regular quality audits on production processes and drive continuous improvement;
6.独立对接体系审核（ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001），确保质量体系有效运行；
Independently coordinate system audits (ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001) to ensure effective operation of the quality management system;
7.完成月度质量KPI数据汇总、分析、张贴；
Complete monthly quality KPI data collection, analysis, and posting;
8. 领导交代的其他工作。

【任职要求 / Job Requirements】
必备条件 / Required Qualifications：
1.性别年龄不限；
No gender or age restrictions;
2.大专及以上学历，机械、电子或相关专业优先；
Associate degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or related fields preferred;
3.熟悉线束生产工艺及质量控制要点，具有2年以上线束行业质量工作经验；
Familiar with wire harness production processes and quality control key points, with more than 2 years of quality work experience in the wire harness industry;
4.熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001及IATF16949管理体系，能独立应对体系审核；
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 management systems, able to independently handle system audits;
5.英语能力良好，能够进行日常口语沟通，并能独立撰写英文邮件及质量报告；
Good English skills, able to communicate in daily spoken English and independently write emails and quality reports in English;
6.熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT），会使用质量工具（如8D、5Why、SPC、MSA等）；
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT), familiar with quality tools (such as 8D, 5Why, SPC, MSA, etc.);
7.工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills.
