电子测试工程师 Electronic Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

-Conduct testing for IT / AV products or household
appliances according to relevant international and regional standards (e.g.,
IEC, EN, VDE, ISO).

-Prepare and execute test plans, test procedures, and
test setups.

-Perform sample inspection, including construction
check, material verification, and functional testing.

-Analyse test results, identify non-conformities, and
support root cause analysis.

-Prepare test reports and technical documentation in
English.

-Support project teams during product development phases.

-Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper use
according to internal procedures.

-Support continuous improvement of laboratory processes and
test methods.


-根据相关国际及区域标准（如 IEC/EN 62368、EN
60335-1、EN
60598-1、VDE、ISO 等），对 IT / AV 产品或消费类电子产品，家用电器进行安规测试。

-制定并执行测试计划、测试流程及测试配置。

-进行样品检查，包括结构检查、材料验证及功能测试。

-分析测试结果，识别不符合项，并进行根本原因分析。

-使用英文编写测试报告及技术文件。

-在产品开发阶段为项目团队提供技术支持。

-维护实验室设备，确保按照内部流程正确使用。

-协助支持实验室的流程及测试方法的持续改进。


Qualification Requirements 任职资格要求

-Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering,
Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

-Deep understanding of product safety standards and
laboratory testing processes.

-Ability to read and understand electrical circuit,
specifications, and standards.

-Familiarity with laboratory instruments and test equipment.

-Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

-深入理解产品安全标准及实验室测试流程。

-能够阅读并理解电气原理图、技术规范及相关标准。

-熟悉实验室仪器及测试设备的使用，如耐压仪、接地电阻测试仪、温度巡检仪、示波器、功率计、灼热丝测试设备、恒温恒湿箱及灯具性能测试设备等。

-具备良好的分析能力以及有耐心并且关注细节。

-能够独立工作，并有效管理多项任务。


Experience 工作经验

-Over 3 years of 3rd part lab or testing experience
is preferred.

-优先考虑具备 3 年以上第三方实验室或测试相关工作经验者。


Language Skills 语言能力

-English: Good written and spoken skills (test
reports and technical communication).

-英语：具备良好的书面及口语能力（可用于测试报告编写及技术沟通）。面试需要用到英语。
