职位描述
1 市场开拓与调研：聚焦华北光伏、风电、储能运维市场，开展行业政策、竞争对手、客户需求（如新能源项目业主、发电企业、地方国企等）调研，形成市场分析报告，挖掘运维服务合作机会；
2 客户开发与维护：负责目标客户（含存量及潜在客户）的对接与拓展，建立稳定的客户沟通机制，精准传递公司光伏、风电、储能运维服务优势（如设备检修、效率提升、成本优化等），促成合作签约；
3 项目跟进与落地：全程跟进运维合作项目，从前期商务洽谈、方案定制，到合同签订后的履约协调，确保项目顺利推进，保障客户满意度；
4 市场策略执行：结合区域市场特点，落地公司整体市场推广策略，如参与新能源行业展会、组织客户沙龙、投放区域化宣传物料等，提升公司在陕西光伏、储能、风电运维领域的品牌知名度；
5 数据复盘与协同：定期统计市场开发数据（如客户新增量、签约金额、项目转化率等），复盘工作成效并优化策略；
协同技术、运维团队，确保向客户提供专业的技术支持与服务方案。
二、任职要求：
1 经验要求：5年以上能源领域（电力、新能源等）工作经验，具备华北三省的光伏、风电、储能行业运维相关市场开发经验者优先，熟悉蒙西山西河北新能源市场政策及客户资源者加分；
2 学历要求：本科及以上学历，市场营销、能源工程、电气工程等相关专业优先；
