Core Project Manager

Your Responsibilities
1)Manage supplier to enable the technology development and HVM readiness.
2)Coordination with Core supplier and internal TD team to organize project team and follow up with work details.
3)Follow up the plan of stepwise, IWV, IEV for new platform TV
4)Cowork with supplier to improve IPP/KPP/Yield
5)Support any investigation related to CORE issue; Integrate with TD engineer, Quality engineer and operations team during investigation
6)Manage Core supplier capex including qualification lot run at ICS line
7)Process validation lots at CHQ and issue the change notice control to
Customer
8)Support HVM readiness
9)Support project and activities for new Core supplier qualification
Your Profile
1)Bachelor’s degree of technical education ie Engineering / Science major
background.
2)Work experience in PCB or substrate for > 5 years. Have project management experience.
3)Good Written and Oral English.
4)Good communication skills.
5)Team spirit (able to be team leader and be a team member as well).
6)Understand and able to review FMEA, Control Plan, and other quality related documents.
7)Good stress management skills.
8)Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to details.
