 Monitor compliance with quality standards/procedures throughout the production area.
 Define necessary measurements to assure and improve product quality, manage excursion/YIP if product quality shift baseline.
 Initiate all necessary actions to prevent nonconformities of products, processes, assess potential impacts/risks in case of product deviations.
 Decide about block/release/scrap/rework of products in case of potential defects
 Represent and promote customer requirements within the production area, coordinate the customer complaint/audit through internal and external.
 Actively participate or drive project for continuous quality improvement.
 Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling to improve quality level
 Assure correct use of inspection methods (in particular SPC)
 Provide and update quality related to documentation (CP, FMEA…)
 Execute/join qualification process of new equipment/processes/base materials/tools
 Training of new employees
 Support new technology development and new product introduction
 Quality reporting.
 Other Job assignment from superior.
 Driving the yield improvement by YIP meeting.
 Assess the product follow the excursion management.
 Weekly audit and driving QLM daily audit.
 HVM review and join YIP meeting
 Dedicate QE for audit
 Update control plan
 Review the TI of production Update control plan and FMEA regularly
 Define the qualify items for new equipment/processes/base materials/tools with PE/TDI/MNT
 Qualify the new OP follow QQ
 Join the HVM review meeting
 Daily report and mail
 Degree from university or higher technical college
 Knowledge of QMS like IATF 16949
 Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP
 Knowledge of project management
 Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000, ...)
 Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
 PCB or electronic industry related experience preferred (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage)
 Experience with manufacturing excellence system development is preferred;
 Leadership, decisiveness and social skills.
