Your Responsibilities:
1. Align Off time with Colleagues and Superior; Readiness for work on overtime, nighttime, and weekends in urgent cases, emergencies, or as per duty plan/superiors demand
2. Attend Meetings and Conference Calls with Customers, Suppliers, and AT&S internal members; Attend Workshops and participate in activities; Readiness for Business trips, Supplier Visits, and Customer Visits (domestic and abroad)
3. Blocking of Machines, all kinds of Lots and Processes; Limit the use of Equipment (e.g., conditional release or blocking); Releasing of blocked Processes (Input Parameter, PCS); Releasing of Machines (focus on process excursion RC, recovery, supplier modification validation, and process healthiness); Releasing of Engineering Lots, DoE Lots, Special lots, and Standard Production lots
4. Coordinate work with other departments related to machine or Material suppliers; Supplier training for Onsite work
5. Cost reduction and Cost cutting; Work / Participate on Projects (Cost cutting, Green Belt, Yield improvement, Taskforces etc.)
6. Development of Qualification plans, DoE plans, procedures, and Evaluation procedures; Recipe development, recipe maintenance, and recipe management; Parameter definition for Machines and Processes
7. Ensure proper pass down information using Company tools and templates; Reporting to Superior in verbal and written form; Report line status, work status, incidents, problems, and highlights to Superiors timely and accurately
8. Excursion management and follow up; Excursion free ramp for handover of new product from TD to HVM
9. Follow up in the system with Basic findings (BF's) and Internal Deviations (ID's); Ensure they are closed in time and all required corrective actions are done and evaluated
10. Maintain Yield baseline and improve Yield Performance, Yield monitoring, and Low Yield Analyses
11. Process specific machine availability improvement to maximize productivity with minimum schedule and unscheduled down time; Continuous process specific run rate improvement to meet factory KPI
12. Make training documents for Operator & Technician; Training of Engineer trainees
13. Management of Process relevant QMS Documents like Process instruction, Organized Reaction Plan, Checklists etc.; ORP Execution for blocked Process
14. Obtain and maintain EHS and other licenses and certifications for all operational equipment and utilities
15. Perform internal role-specific Line Audits
16. Preparation for Hook Up, Bring in, and Installation of new equipment (POR tool); Write Tool Specification for new Equipment (POR tool)
17. Scrap execution for Test lots and DoE lots
18. Write and maintain Fingerprint Document for Equipment
19. Write Material Specification for new Material and maintain Specification for existing material (POR material)
Your Profile:
1. Degree from university or higher technical college
2. Process engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry
3. Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc
4. Good analytical skills with attention to details.
5. Good stress management skills
6. Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments
7. Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage)
8. Good team working spirit and leadership skills
9. Good communication and negotiation skills
10. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
11. Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
12. Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time in one or our locations
13. Open minded approach
