不用长期驻外,一年只有三十天的时间会在国外出差,大部分时间在国内。
岗位职责 · Responsibilities
1. 目标达成与业绩驱动 以销售业绩目标为核心导向,全力推进海外客户开发、项目签约及货款回收,确保年度销售指标达成。
Driven by sales performance targets, proactively develop overseas customers, advance project signings and payment collection to achieve annual sales goals.
2. 销售计划制定与执行 根据公司战略,制定年度/季度/月度销售计划,结合客户需求与市场动态,灵活调整销售策略,推动计划落地执行。
Formulate and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with company strategy; adapt sales strategies based on customer needs and market dynamics.
3. 客户关系建立与深耕 主动拓展海外新客户,系统建立、维护和深化客户关系,提升客户满意度与复购率,构建稳定的海外客户网络。
Proactively acquire new overseas customers; build, maintain and deepen customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business, forming a stable overseas customer network.
4. 市场信息收集与商机挖掘 持续搜集海外市场动向与竞品信息,识别潜在商机,为销售策略优化提供支撑;适时参与或组织品牌推广活动以配合业务拓展。
Continuously gather market intelligence and competitor information, identify business opportunities to support sales strategy; participate in brand promotion activities as needed to support business development.
5. 跨部门协同推进 与公司内部各部门保持高效沟通,协调产品、交付、服务等资源,确保销售过程顺畅推进。
Maintain efficient cross-departmental communication to coordinate resources across product, delivery and service teams, ensuring smooth sales execution.
任职要求 · Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历 | Bachelor's degree or above
2. 英语精通(作为工作语言),国籍不限 | Proficient in English as working language; all nationalities welcome
3. 具备3年以上海外销售经验,熟悉海外业务运营及客户开发流程,具备成熟的大客户谈判与拿单能力 | 3+ years overseas sales experience; skilled in customer development, business negotiation and deal closing
4. 具备系统思维,具有风险意识与成本控制能力,能独立主导海外项目从接触到回款的全周期管理 | Strong systematic thinking, risk awareness and cost control; able to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead to payment
