功能安全工程师（硬件）

岗位内容/Your Tasks：
1. Background of hardware development: Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics; Good understanding of electronic components and their characteristics; Deep knowledge of component failure modes and failure mechanisms; Familiar with hardware diagnostic capabilities and limitations. 有硬件开发背景：能够解读电子原理图；对电子元器件及其特性有较好的理解；比较深的掌握元器件的失效模式和机制；熟悉硬件诊断的能力和界限。
2. Good knowledge of ISO 26262 part 5: Good understanding of functional safety requirements for hardware, including diagnostic concepts, calculation of SPFM, LFM, and PMHF, as well as the development and evaluation of failure models. 掌握ISO26262第5部分：对于功能安全对硬件的要求有比较好的理解，包括诊断概念， 计算单点故障度量，潜藏故障度量和随机硬件失效度量，以及失效模式的分析和评估
3. Functional Safety & Diagnostics Know-how: Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic coverage, safety mechanisms, and hardware architectural metrics. 了解功能安全和诊断的知识点：全面理解诊断覆盖率，安全机制和硬件架构度量。
岗位要求/Your Qualifications：
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in hardware development or FUSA hardware in automotive industry 至少2年汽车行业硬件开发或硬件功能安全工程师的经验
2. Trained in ISO26262 application and experienced in project 受训过ISO26262的应用并且有相关项目经验
3. Trained in FUSA_hardware tools (Medini preferred) 受训过硬件功能安全工具培训（Medini优先）
4.Good English skills (spoken and written) 良好的英语读写能力
5.Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross functional teams 较强的跨部门交流沟通能力和团队工作能力
