Job Title: 精益生产专家（数据方向）Lean Manufacturing Specialist
• PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
1) Lean data-driven Continuous Improvement
2) Lean Digitalization & Visualization
3) Digit-Enable manufacturing productivity and digital transformation solution
4) Lean +AI=Smart Kaizen setup, working with Big Data Team and other technical team
• RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Evolve and enrich new Lean Culture under the background of IR5.0
2. Global Intelligence & Lean MFG System Benchmark
3. Lean System Digitalization on site level resource efficiency and effectiveness
4. Smart Lean Tools Practice & Smart Apps & Smart Dashboard within the framework of Lean System
5. Implement Digital Lean Kaizen vertically and horizontally, Kaizen is everywhere
• JOB SCOPE AND TASKS
• Lead and drive OEE dashboard development by station under teamwork.
• Coordinate Machine-Man Model Phase II development.
• Lead and drive digitalization project from IMFG.
• Lead and drive visualization project from IMFG.
• Support intelligence manufacturing with error-proof and early detection mechanism or lean approach.
• Have IMFG Data analytic and digital twin application, digitalization for MFG excellence.
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Good at statistics and Data Analytic skills
3. 3 years above Proven experience in data visualization, Data analytics, data engineering or a related role.
4. Proficiently use data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
5. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as HTM, CSS, Oracle, Python, Java,
6. In-depth knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data services.
7. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including understanding of data modeling principles.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
9. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment
11. Familiar with manufacturing industry, Semiconductor industry is a bonus. All apps or data analytics is associated with manufacturing data type。
