Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Technical feasibility during RFQ and development phases

5. RFQ / Acquisition Phase

1）Analyze customer technical requirements, drawings and specifications分析客户的技术要求、图纸和规格
2）Evaluate technical feasibility and manufacturing constraints评估技术可行性和制造限制
3）Define technical assumptions and limitations确定技术要求和限制
4）Lead technical clarification meetings (TCL) with customers主导与客户的技术澄清会议
5）Coordinate technical input from Product Engineering, Process Engineering and Quality协调来自产品工程、工艺工程和质量部门的技术输入
6）Support Sales with technically sound input for quotations为销售部门提供技术支持
6. Development & Sample Phases (A / B / C) 开发与样品阶段（A / B / C）
1）Own the technical solution and architecture负责技术解决方案和架构
2）Ensure consistency between product design and manufacturing process确保产品设计与制造工艺的一致性
3）Confirm design freeze readiness (B-Sample entry)确认设计冻结准备情况（B 样品）
4）Manage technical changes and ECNs管理技术变更和工程变更（ECN）
5）Maintain technical risk register维护技术风险登记册
7. Built-to-Print Projects来图加工项目
1）Review customer-owned design for manufacturability审查客户拥有的设计以评估其可制造性
2）Identify technical and process risks识别技术和工艺风险
3）Define boundary conditions and deviations确定边界条件和偏差
4）Ensure compliance with customer specifications确保符合客户规格要求
8. Series Preparation & Launch Support量产准备&量产导入支持
1）Support industrialization and ramp-up from a technical perspective从技术角度支持工业化及产能提升
2）Ensure technical issues are resolved before SOP确保在开始量产前解决技术问题
3）Support customer technical audits and reviews支持客户的技术审核及评估
9. Series Production量产
1）Technical support for ECN工程变更的技术支持
2）Technical support for problem solving activities制造问题的技术支持
7. Extraordinary powers which are not fixed within common regulations其他职责:
Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent 工程学学位或同等学历
2. Automotive project experience汽车项目管理经验
3. Experience with customer RFQs and development projects
与客户询价单及开发项目相关的经验
4. Several years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product management, project management, or development.
拥有数年汽车行业经验，***是在产品管理、项目管理或开发领域。
5. Strong understanding of automotive customer requirements, OEM processes, and Tier-1/2 supplier environment.

6. Knowledge of PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter, SAP PLM) and requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion, DOORS).
