Role Description
Janssen China is defined as deferred market of Kenvue separation. This GS ATR senior accountant will play a key role in delivering the accurate financial book of XJP OTC, coordinate the communications among GS/JBS/Corporate, and support in other key initiatives related to deferred market to ensure the smooth transition.
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the review and reconciliation of AC11 equity clearing data with GS process teams and JBS. Take lead to find root cause of variance and solve the issue.

Lead the preparation of XJP OTC B/S review deck, highlight the key focused area and coordinate the follow-up items.

Act as contact point to collect AC11 queries and feedback from GS and local BUF. Support in the cascade-down of corporate guidance from project Diamond and A&D.

Clearly understand the process interactions with Kenvue in each cycle, and make sure the process is consistent with global guidance.

Assist in other accounting and financial related work of OTC, such as long-aged GTN follow-up, rebate and return tracking and clearance, open PO accrual collection, long-aged payment items follow-up, etc.

Support CFM in other work of deferred market and AC11 accounting.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline from reputable institutions.

Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification is preferred, e.g. CPA/CMA/CFA.
Experience and skills

Over 3-4 years’ experience in finance or accounting related areas.

Strong analytical and management accounting skills are required.

The ability to understand, translate and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights to drive decision-making is required.

The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements is required.

Advanced SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills are required.

Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing is required.

Organization and strong communication skills are required.

The ability to design business processes and have the ability to work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast paced environment is required.

Pharm / MNC experience is preferred.

Experience in finance or accounting related roles is preferred.
